Our reading this week is a little different. I first chose the major arcana and the supporting card, but felt the Hermit didn’t fully express the energy for this week.
So we have two majors this week.
I can feel the intensity of the energy by both majors together.
So it will be read that way.
I get a very strong sense of the energy growing to this intensity where we can find ourselves being caught in our heads too much. Where you may find yourself overthinking things to the point of raging hard from not gaining any clarity on how you feel, or not knowing how to move out of a situation or find resolution to it.
With these two majors I want to say to reflect on the pain within your rage if it’s up for you, otherwise you’ll find yourself swinging between contracting with grief and raging hard at yourself or the situation at hand.
This also describes the energy for week.
It holds the power of deep transformation and reflection but not without challenge.
It also calls for consistent grounding that will support you to move and understand what you’re feeling through this intensity.
It also speaks of honouring both your grief and rage and really learning to know the power of it and not feeling like you have to consistently hide and suppress what you’re feeling.
It’s calling for your courage to make those actions and decisions that you know you need to make in order to shift what you’re feeling into action.
All the what’s if’s you’ve been stewing on will peak, pushing you to act on what you know you need to do to walk your integrity.
The supporting card is the 9 of Swords which really backs the whole reading if we choose not to act on what we know we need to, but also speaks of the importance of keeping your routine practices up, at the very least keep your energy moving so you don’t fall heavier in what you’re feeling.
